The family palace, envisioned for a high-ranking military official, is designed to accommodate a variety of guests, establishing a welcoming atmosphere for gatherings. The ground floor is predominantly allocated for this purpose, featuring distinct entrances for male and female visitors, ensuring both privacy and accessibility. In contrast, the rear of the palace is thoughtfully reserved for the grandmother, creating a serene retreat
The first floor offers a more intimate setting, primarily designated for bedrooms. Its reduced footprint allows for the inclusion of a terrace that overlooks the yard. The design is inspired by the essence of French neo-classical architecture, the design distills its elegance to focus on key elements, resulting in a refined yet timeless aesthetic. This luxurious architectural language extends into the landscape
The overall massing of the palace is straightforward, yet it is strategically articulated with balconies and terraces, creating a dynamic interplay of forms that offer intriguing visual perspectives towards the yard. This design harmoniously blends sophistication and functionality, fostering a sense of grandeur while ensuring comfort and intimacy
