This yard also serves as a scenic backdrop for the living room. The villa is organized into three zones: public, semi-public, and private. An adjoining annex is specifically designated for guests and features a connection to the kitchen for service convenience
The enclosed vertical circulation allows for private and direct access to all levels of the villa, ensuring an efficient flow throughout the residence
